REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Please pick carefully as we do not provide a refund if you have simply changed you mind.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in manufacturing. 

Tracey Vickers Design handcrafts all of her furnishing products and they are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch. 

However if the product is faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

Refunds are only valid for 30 day from receiving purchase.

 

Refund Procedure

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original

method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at traceyvickersdesign@gmail.com.

 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Return Procedure

Any items returned must be in original, unused condition.

1. Please email traceyvickers@gmail.com before returning your purchase to clarify and confirm the item is eligible for return.

2. Once confirmed your item is eligible for a return you may send your parcel to us at your own organised return courier and we will cover the cost of freight.

Please note that we strongly recommend a tracked service as Tracey Vickers Design cannot take responsibility for lost packages. Until the item is received it is the customer’s responsibility.

 

Exclusions

Cut fabric cannot be returned.

 

Store Credit

At the discretion of the sales staff we may provide a store credit for a returned item. Store credit cannot be used through our website, but can be used in-store or with assistance over email or phone. Store credit will cover the value of the item returned but exclude the freight free and/or credit card surcharge.

 

Pre-orders

On receipt of the order for preordered items, customers will be advised of expected shipping timeframes and costs.

Tracey will advise if there is shipping delays. Once a pre-order is placed it cannot be cancelled.

 

Custom-Made Orders

On receipt of your order for custom-made items including furnishings, cushions, squabs and upholstery. Customers will be advised on expected time frames however there are subject to change unexpectedly due to manufacturing demands and seasonal workloads.

Once an order for a custom-made item is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

We do not provide refunds on custom orders but will do our best to provide a solution if you are not happy.
